Eligibility Requirements and Income Guidelines

For a child to receive a scholarship from the Children's Education Fund:

• the parents must demonstrate financial need by meeting the standards of the federal free-lunch program, which takes into account family size
• the child and his or her family must live in Dallas County
• the child must be entering K-8th grade
• the child must be at least five years old
