Gary
Griffith
President, Today Foundation
For
more than three years, Gary Griffith has shaped and guided many
of the programs sponsored by the Today Foundation in his position
as the organization's president. He has provided the foundation
with enormous leadership over that time, focusing particularly
on designing and improving our programs devoted to education,
community outreach and drug abuse prevention.
Since
the fall of 2006, Gary has been working in conjunction with the
Phoenix House, the Dallas Independent School District and Dallas
Police Department to find solutions to address the new and emerging
heroin epidemic known as "cheese" that is infiltrating
middle schools and high schools throughout the North Texas area.
