Michael Gruber
Chairman, Children's Education Fund
Today Foundation
For several years, G. Michael Gruber has served as chairman of
the Today Foundation's Children's Education Fund (CEF), which
bestows scholarships
to economically disadvantaged children so they can attend a private
school of their parent's choice.
He
also founded the Children's Economic Endowment Fund to provide
a continuing source of income for these scholarships.

Background
Mr.
Gruber is a partner in Gruber Hurst Johansen and Hail, a commercial
litigation boutique. His practice involves litigation defense,
but he has also posted some of the largest verdicts and judgments
in Dallas County.
He
has been named a Texas Super lawyer since 2003 in the magazines
"Texas Monthly" and "Law & Politics".
Those same publications listed him as one of the Top 100 Texas
Super Lawyers and one of the Top 100 Dallas-Fort Worth Region
Super Lawyers.
Additionally,
"D Magazine" has listed him as one of the best lawyers
in Dallas. He is board certified in civil trial law by the Texas
Board of Legal Specification and published and co-authored with
Rogge Dunn "Texas Litigation Plans and Forms, 2005".
